Join us for the Makings of Makgeolli on Friday, July 14th to learn more about the history behind Korean alcohols, the unique fermentation process and even make some yourselves to take home! With some understanding, this 'carelessly filtered' drink, can transform into something that can be appreciated and oh so delicious.
This Sunday School workshop will roughly be 1.5-2 hours with an educational discussion, tasting comparison, and brew sesh with Alice Jun, founder and brewer of Hana Makgeolli. Be prepared to get a little boozey and get your hands dirty.
