The Makings of Makgeolli event featured an educational discussion with the UNSRC Korean Cultural Society about makgeolli and a group tasting. Alice delivered a talk on the history and makings of the Korean rice alcohol and attendees received a flight of #ksd draught, #hanamak chapsal iyangju, and hyunmichapsal iyangju to experience a range of brews that went from light to heavy, sweet to dry, 6% abv to approximately 14% abv.
